Abstract: At present, due to the lack of a complete and comprehensive employment service system for college students in China, and the employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious, facing many problems, such as job shortage, difficult interview, difficult employment and so on. To this end, the national online interview platform for colleges and universities is launched, with the core of providing high-quality online interview guidance services, integrating high-quality interview skills resources, carrying out various forms of situational interviews, and establishing an evaluation and scoring system to help college students better obtain employment. The paper analyzes and explains the necessity of building the online interview guidance platform for colleges and universities under the background of the network era, puts forward the innovation strategy of the platform, and points out the innovation and characteristics of the platform.
