高校实验设备分级化管理与评估方法探讨

摘要: 梳理高校实验设备资源复杂现状,为推进高校实验设备分级化管理进程,建立了以高校实验设备管理可控性为目标的实验设备综合评估体系。将层次分析与灰色关联法引入设备信息评估领域。选取某高校某学院实验设备为样本,建立了完整的设备评估模型。算例结果表明,该实验设备评估体系具有一定的合理性,对于实验设备分级化管理具有较强的参考价值。

Abstract: With the analysis of complex situation about the university laboratory equipment resources, a comprehensive evaluation system of experimental equipment is established, which aims at the controllability of experimental equipment management. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Grey Relational Analysis (GREA) are introduced into the field of equipment information evaluation to evaluate and grade the experimental equipment. A complete equipment evaluation model is established by selecting the experimental equipment of a college in a university as the sample. The results show that the evaluation system is reasonable and has a strong reference value for the hierarchical management of experimental equipment.
