摘要: 随着素质教育改革的深化,学前教育工作的重要性日益突出,也对学前教育专业人才的能力提出了更高的要求。师范院校作为学前教育专业人才培养的主要场所,必须对现行教育体制做出改革优化,结合岗位的要求,构建多维度的学前教育教学体系,充分保障教学工作的效果和人才培育质量。该文以学前教育专业为研究对象,针对当前存在的课程设置问题,提出立体化建设的对策和建议,以供参考。

Abstract: With the deepening of the reform of quality education, the importance of preschool education is becoming more and more prominent, and higher requirements are put forward for the ability of the pre-school education professionals. As the main place of talent training, normal colleges must make reform and optimization of the current education system, and construct multi-dimensional preschool education teaching system according to the requirements of posts, so as to fully guarantee the effect of teaching work and the quality of talent cultivation. This paper takes preschool education as the research object, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the three-dimensional construction in view of the current curriculum problems.
