面向国家战略的一流特色创新示范育人模式构建与实践研究

A Study on the Construction and Practice of the Model of First-Class Characteristic Innovation Demonstration and Education for National Strategy

摘要: 面向国家关于人才培育、高等院校教育的相关要求与政策,提出一流特色创新示范育人模式相关理论。分析述评协同育人模式的理念定位、“教学与科研混合、课堂与实践混合、教学与竞赛混合、能力与成效混合”四种混合理论以及“创新能力、科研能力、业务能力、国际视野、实践能力”五项能力。开展四种教育方向的教育模式、四类导师结合的师资队伍、四个角度切入的教学方法、四种成果的教学导向混合构建研究。通过瞄准国内外顶尖竞赛、定位项目广泛参与制、鼓励出国访问留学、强化实习实践教学制进行创新示范协同混合育人赋能培育实践。通过培育国家创新型、知识前沿型、能力胜任型、推广模块化人才来达到创新示范系统混合教育实践成效。理论和实践研究表明,一流特色创新示范育人模式可推动一流特色创新型人才的培育,响应国家战略,培养时代领军人才。

Abstract: Facing the national requirements and policy strategies on talent cultivation and higher education, this paper puts forward the theories related to the first-class characteristic innovation demonstration education mode. This paper analyzes and reviews the concept orientation of collaborative education mode, four hybrid theories of "teaching and research mix, classroom and practice mix, teaching and competition mix, ability and effect mix", and five abilities of "innovation ability, scientific research ability, business ability, international vision, practice ability". We should carry out the research on the education mode of four kinds of education directions, the teaching staff of four kinds of tutors, the teaching methods of four angles and the mixed construction of four kinds of results. Through aiming at the top competitions at home and abroad, positioning the project wide participation system, encouraging overseas visits to study abroad, and strengthening the practice practice teaching system, we can carry out innovative demonstration, collaborative mixed education and empowerment cultivation practice. By cultivating national innovative, knowledge cutting-edge, competent and modular talents to achieve the mixed education practice effect of innovation demonstration system. Theoretical and practical research results show that the first-class characteristic innovation model promotes the cultivation of first-class characteristic innovative talents, responds to the implementation of national strategy, and cultivates leading talents of the times.
