Abstract: Strengthen the labor education of college students in the new era is extremely important. It is a realistic need to promote the career development of college students, an important way for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of morality education, and it is an objective requirement to improve the overall quality of newcomers in the era. Colleges and universities should closely integrate the social quality requirements and role expectations of laborers to carry out labor education. By enhancing college students’ awareness of the era of labor education, guiding college students to experience positive labor emotions, encouraging college students to hone their strong will to work, helping college students master good labor skills and building a trinity of school, family and society, colleges and universities may focus on labor education to ensure that labor education can be put into effect.
