摘要: 作为企业绩效管理的常用考核工具,KPI及OKR有着各自的特点,将他们运用于医学院校临床技能中心的教学管理工作中,不仅可以量化考核指标,又可激励教师和学生的内驱力。KPI可根据具体指标评估量化教学效果,监督教学事件的完成情况;OKR则可时时提醒教师及学生临床技能教与学的最终目的,两者结合,可启示今后的教学质量考评。虽然仍有许多可以改善的操作问题,但基于高效化企业管理的模式,借鉴人力资源评价体系于医学教育考评中,是值得探索与研究的方向。

Abstract: As common assessment tools for enterprise performance management, KPI and OKR have their own characteristics. They can be applied to the teaching management work of the clinical skills center of medical schools, which can not only quantify the assessment indicators, but also stimulate the internal driving force of teachers and students. KPI can evaluate the quantitative teaching effect according to specific indicators and supervise the completion of teaching events. OKR can remind teachers and students of the ultimate purpose of clinical skills teaching and learning from time to time. The combination of the two can reveal the future evaluation of teaching quality. Although there are still many operational problems that can be improved, based on the model of efficient enterprise management and learning from the human resources evaluation system in medical education evaluation, it is worth exploring and researching.
