高职院校“1+X”证书制度实施研究与分析

摘要: “1+X”证书制度作为我国职业教育近年来的一项重大创新举措,真正做到了人才培养模式与社会就业人才结构相适应、高职院校教学与社会职业培训相结合,具有重要的实践意义与理论价值。随着“1+X”证书制度的逐步完善,必将推动职业教育教学体系深化改革,完善职业教育体系的科学合理性,完善职业教育证书培训体系,明确职业教育发展方向,优化职业院校的教育机制。学生以“X”证书与课程实现学分互换,在“X”证书的培训过程中完成课程教学内容,实现“X”证书培训体系与人才培养教学体系一体化运行机制,真正做到以证促学、以证促教。

Abstract: As a major innovation measure of vocational education in recent years, the "1+X" certificate system really adapts the talent training mode to the social employment talent structure, and combines the teaching of higher vocational colleges with social vocational training, which has important practical significance and theoretical value. With the gradual improvement of the "1+X" certificate system, it will promote the deepening reform of vocational education teaching system, improve the scientific rationality of vocational education system, improve the vocational education certificate training system, clarify the development direction of vocational education, and optimize the education mechanism of vocational colleges. Students use "X" certificate to exchange credits with the course, complete the course teaching content in the training process of "X" certificate, realize the integrated operation mechanism of "X" certificate training system and talent training teaching system, and truly promote learning and teaching with certificate.
