摘要: 在“三全育人”视阈下,高校档案育人是题中之义,责无旁贷,既具有特殊的宝贵财富,又蕴含着丰富的教育资源。通过以问题为导向,客观审视当前高校档案育人的不足和薄弱环节,找准档案育人工作的困境和难点,规避传统高校档案管理的弊端,创新开拓档案工作服务领域,采取有效的对策加强建设,深入探析档案育人的途径与方法,搭建高校档案育人平台,构建长效育人机制,促进高校档案价值得以实现,助推档案育人的进一步发展。

Abstract: From the perspective of "three complete education", the education of archives work in colleges and universities is the meaning of the topic, which is duty bound. It not only has special precious wealth, but also contains rich educational resources. By taking the problem as the guide, we can objectively examine the shortcomings and weak links of the current archives education in colleges and universities, find out the difficulties of archives education, avoid the disadvantages of traditional archives management in colleges and universities, innovate and develop the service field of archives work, take effective countermeasures to strengthen the construction, deeply explore the ways and methods of archives education, build a platform for archives education in colleges and universities, and structure a long-term education mechanism, for promoting the realization of the value of university archives, and promoting the further development of archives education.
