高校实践教学学生满意度评价指标体系研究

Research on the Evaluation Index System of Students' Satisfaction in Practice Teaching in Colleges and Universities

摘要: 面对中国社会对应用型技术人才的急迫需求,高校实践教学环节愈发重要。学生满意度是对教学成果的检验,对实践教学环节学生满意度的评价和分析有利于学生在实践中升华理论知识,提高自身素质。因此,通过专家访谈法、层次分析法,以科学实用为前提,构建了包含教学活动准备、教学工作实施和教学研究成果3个一级指标、6个二级指标和17个三级指标的实践教学学生满意度评价指标体系。对工商管理专业150名本科学生发放问卷进行调查,调查发现了西安科技大学实践教学环节的不足。

Abstract: Facing the urgent demand for applied technical talents in Chinese society, practical teaching in colleges and universities is becoming more and more important. Student satisfaction is a test of teaching results, and the evaluation and analysis of student satisfaction in practical teaching are conducive to students' sublimation of theoretical knowledge and improvement of their own quality in practice. Therefore, through expert interview method, analytic hierarchy process, and scientific and practical as the premise, a practice including 3 first-level indicators, 6 second-level indicators and 17 third-level indicators including teaching activity preparation, teaching work implementation, and teaching research results are constructed. Carry out teaching and cultivate student satisfaction evaluation index analysis system. A questionnaire was sent out to 150 undergraduate students majoring in business administration, and the survey found that Xi'an University of Science and Technology lacked practical teaching.
