摘要: 为了适应国家制造业人才培养及创新创业教育改革要求,针对机械类专业应用型人才培养问题,充分发挥综合平台的系统集成效益,通过教学与科研结合、创新与创业结合、知识与技术结合、竞赛与实训结合、实习与就业结合五种能力培养模式,推动工程实践能力、创新创业能力和团结合作能力相互促进、融合发展,切实提升学生核心能力。

关键词: 核心能力, 能力培养方式, 人才培养

Abstract: In order to adapt to the requirements of national manufacturing talent training and innovation entrepreneurship education reform, aiming at the problem of training mechanical applied talents, under the action of comprehensive education platform, the engineering practice ability, innovation and entrepreneurship ability, cooperation ability have been mutually promoted and integrated through five modes of ability training such as the combination of teaching and scientific research, innovation and entrepreneurship, knowledge and technology, competition and practical training, practice and employment. The student core competence has been effectively improved.
