摘要: 随着社会的发展,人们对于教育行业发展趋势愈发关注。学前教育专业人才承担着学前儿童教育的重要使命。高职学校对学前教育专业人才的培养要满足社会对于优秀幼儿教师的迫切需要。该文通过简述高职学前教育专业人才培养模式现状与存在的问题,结合高职学前教育专业人才培养目标,为提高高职学前教育专业人才专业素养与职业素养提出合理的人才培养方案,旨在为高职学前教育专业人才培养模式提供更多的思考与研究。

Abstract: With the development of society, people pay more and more attention to the development trend of education industry. Preschool education professionals go to society to undertake the important mission of preschool children education. The training of preschool education professionals in higher vocational colleges should meet the urgent need of the society for excellent preschool teachers. In this paper, a brief introduction in preschool education professional personnel training mode in vocational colleges and the existing problems, combined with higher vocational preschool education professional personnel training objectives, in order to improve higher vocational preschool education professionals professional quality and professional quality put forward reasonable talent training scheme, higher vocational preschool education professional personnel training mode is dedicated to provide you with more thinking and research.
