摘要: 在“双高”建设与国家级教师教学创新团队立项建设背景下,福州职业技术学院“双高”专业群——“软件技术”专业群落实立德树人根本任务,以“利用数字技术,培养数字工匠,服务数字经济,推动数字升级”为目标,构建对接职业标准的课程体系,通过创新团队教师能力发展路径、健全团队运行良性发展机制、深化模块化教学模式改革等,打造了一支师德高尚、专兼融合、具备“五能”的一流教师教学创新团队,教师教学能力与学生培养质量都获得了提高。

Abstract: Under the background of the “double high” construction and the construction of the national teaching innovation team, the “double high” professional group of Fuzhou Polytechnic —— “software technology” professional group implements the fundamental task of moral education. With the goal of “using digital technology, cultivating digital craftsmen, serving digital economy, and promoting digital upgrading”, the curriculum system connecting with professional standards is constructed, through innovating the development path of team teachers' ability, perfecting the benign development mechanism of team operation, deepening the reform of modular teaching mode, we have built a first-class teaching innovation team with noble teachers' morality, full-time and part-time integration, and “five abilities”. The teaching ability of teachers and the quality and quantity of students have been improved.
