摘要: 现阶段是我国医学教育改革的重要转折点,社区全科医学专业是医学教育中不可或缺的内容。高等专科院校应该转变社区全科医学专业的教学理念和教学方式,以能力本位教育理念作为教育核心,在校园内外构建实践教学平台,不断增添教学设施、优化实践教学环境,以多层次、多维度的方式,推动我国医学教育改革,实现高等专业院校社区全科医学专业人才的培养。在实践教学体系的支持下,使得学生能符合新时代社会对社区全科医学人才的需求,体现自身价值。

Abstract: The present stage is an important turning point of medical education reform in China, and community general practice is an indispensable part of medical education. Colleges and universities should change the teaching ideas and teaching methods of community general practice medicine, take the concept of "competency based education" as the core of education, build a practical teaching platform inside and outside the campus, constantly add teaching facilities, optimize the practical teaching environment, and promote the reform of medical education in China in a multi-level and multi-dimensional way, to realize the training of community general practitioners in professional colleges and universities. With the support of practical teaching system, students can meet the needs of community general practitioners in the new era, so as to reflect their own value.
