民办高校工科大学生科技创新活动体系的建设研究——以上海师范大学天华学院为例

摘要: 民办高校工科面临众多困难,一是师资和实践条件的制约。工科师资难招难留、培养周期长,工科实践设备投资大、日常消耗大;二是“一高一低”的现状。政策扶持、师资来源和学生就业也是民办高校面临的问题。许多民办高校学科齐全,但没有特色优势。学生就业难,就业能力弱。民办高校要克服自身的困难、得到社会的充分认可,就要抓住机遇,提高民办高校大学生的科技创新能力。该文采用问卷调查的方法,对民办高校工科学生参与科技创新活动情况进行调查分析,提出了推进民办高校工科大学生科技创新活动的对策。

Abstract: There are many difficulties in engineering in private colleges and universities. One is the restriction of teachers and practical conditions. It is difficult to recruit and retain engineering teachers, long training period, large investment and daily consumption of engineering practice equipment; Second, the current situation of "one high and one low". Policy support, the source of teachers and students' employment are also the problems faced by private colleges and universities. Many private colleges and universities have complete disciplines, but they have no characteristic advantages. It is difficult for students to find jobs and their employability is weak. If private colleges and universities want to overcome their own difficulties and get the full recognition of the society, they should seize the opportunity to improve their scientific and technological innovation ability. This paper uses the method of questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the situation of engineering students' participation in scientific and technological innovation activities in private colleges. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the scientific and technological innovation activities of engineering students in private colleges and universities.
