自主创新课堂教学模式的构建与实践研究

摘要: 在学校教育中,课堂教学是各学科知识传递的主要渠道和平台。因此,课堂教学建构情况将直接影响最终的教学和人才培养成效。在素质教育理念下,教育教学工作的改革首先需要从课堂教学着手。根据当前素质教育对人才培养的新要求,学生综合素质培育成为课堂教学改革的重点,而这一培养目标的达成,需要课堂教学结合人的发展规律来进行科学建构,即要尊重人发展过程中的主观能动性,然后将传统固化的、灌输式的、单向信息传递的课堂教学模式转化成一种由学生主动参与其中的,能够进行大胆探索创新的教学模式。由此现代自主创新课堂教学模式的构建就成为教学改革中的一个主要方向。该文分析了自主创新课堂教学模式需要具备的要素以及该教学模式构建的意义。进而围绕“两个转变”“两个结合”“三项原则”对这一教学模式的构建与实践进行了探讨。

Abstract: In school education, classroom teaching is the main educational channel and the main platform for knowledge transmission of various subjects. Therefore, classroom teaching construction will directly affect the final teaching and talent training results. Under the concept of quality-oriented education, the reform of education and teaching should start from classroom teaching. According to the new requirements of talents training in the current quality education, cultivate students' comprehensive quality becomes the focus of the reform of classroom teaching, and the training goal, you need to combine classroom teaching people to speak scientific law of the development of construction, namely to respect people subjective initiative in the process of development, then put the traditional curing, the non-computer majors, one-way communication mode of classroom teaching into a kind of active participation by the students of which, the teaching mode of exploration can be bold innovation. Therefore, the construction of modern independent innovation classroom teaching mode has become a major direction in teaching reform. This paper analyzes the elements of the independent innovation classroom teaching mode and the significance of the construction of the teaching mode. Then around "two transformation", "two combination" and "three principles", the construction and practice of this teaching mode are discussed.
