摘要: 针对往年理工院校材料类专业生产实习教学模式存在的问题,从高校、企业和学生管理与考核三个方面深度剖析影响因素,总结、探索并提出相关措施以提高生产实习实践教学效果。实践证明:实习教学模式的改革创新可使学生充分发挥主观能动性,赋予实习趣味性,有效提升实习效果和实践教学质量。

Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the production practice teaching model of materials majors in science and engineering universities in previous years, the author conducted an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors from three aspects of university,enterprise , management and assessment of students. The author summarizes, explores and proposes relevant measures to improve the effect of production practice teaching. Practice has proved that the reform and innovation of the practice teaching model enables students to give full play to their subjective initiative, endow the practice with fun, and effectively improve the practice effect and the quality of practice teaching.
