Abstract: With China's economic development entering the new normal, we should focus on the employment and Entrepreneurship of college students. In the face of new challenges and pressures brought about by the changes of social situation, the government, schools and students should pay attention to the development of creative thinking and explore the realization path of College Students' employment and entrepreneurship in the new normal from different levels and dimensions. And make full use of the Internet to encourage college students' employment and entrepreneurship, cultivate their employment and entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial personality,to better comply with the requirements of China's higher education reform and innovation practice, and cultivate innovative talents suitable for the background of the new normal.
