摘要/Abstract

摘要： 现代化育人模式的应用,使得教学手段具备更强的协调性与统一性。而立德树人宗旨下,民办高校在构建具有创新性的育人模式的过程中,在注重培养人才专业技能的同时,应积极强化学生的文化品质、道德品质。并能深切地认识到新的育人模式的优势,即不仅利于培养高素质复合型人才,还可充分彰显现代新型人才培养手段的价值。因此,民办高校需基于市场人才需求标准,精准定位人才培养目标。科学融入先进教学理念,将理论教学与实践教学有机融合。

Abstract: The application of modern education mode makes the teaching methods have stronger coordination and unity. Under the purpose of cultivating people with morality, private colleges should actively strengthen students' cultural and moral qualities while paying attention to cultivating talents' professional skills in the process of constructing innovative education mode. And can deeply understand the advantages of the new mode of education, that is, not only conducive to the cultivation of high-quality compound talents, but also can fully demonstrate the value of modern new talent cultivation methods. Therefore, private colleges and universities should accurately locate the talent training target based on the market talent demand standard. Science into the advanced teaching concept, the theory of teaching and practice teaching organic integration.
