Abstract: College students are one of the main creators of the future development of society. In order to make the development of our country more rapid and stable, we should pay attention to improving the core literacy of college students. With the increasingly fierce social competitiveness, this paper explores the leadership training of college students based on the leadership evaluation system, explores the leadership training system and training methods of college students in China, and studies the specific implementation path. The promotion of leadership is not only conducive to improving students' comprehensive quality, but also to a certain extent to help the development of social economy. This paper explains the present situation and path of leadership training for college students in order to provide useful reference for relevant personnel.
