摘要: 该文首先分析当前研究生导师绩效评价过程中的主要问题:忽视师德师风考核,忽视学生培养水平考核,忽视个人发展,忽视差异性评价,研究生指标分配等方面论资排辈现象依然存在。在此基础上,提出高校研究生导师绩效评价的原则与思路,比如,师德问题一票否决,重视研究生培养质量,重视个人发展,分类评价。最后,构建研究生导师绩效评价指标体系。

Abstract: This paper firstly analyzes main problems of current performance assessing systems in China: ignoring the assessment of teachers' ethics, students' training level, personal development and differences and the allocation of indicators for graduate students. Faced with this reality, we propose the principle of evaluating the performance of teachers. For example, the default of teachers' morality cannot be tolerated. And we should pay attention to the quality of postgraduate training, personal development and classification evaluation. Finally, we formulate the index system.
