摘要: 柔性制造系统是先进制造技术的典型应用,它涵盖的学科知识广泛,应用的制造技术集成度高,涉及的加工工艺新颖。工程训练课程是大学生学习工程知识、感受工程文化、培养实践能力的一门重要课程,它可以巩固理论知识,拓宽专业视野,提高劳动素养。在深化教育改革创新的背景下,柔性制造系统加入工程训练课程中,为学生提供了更丰富的工程文化的体验、更先进的制造技术的训练、更坚实的学科竞赛的支撑。创新是引领发展的第一动力,是不断深化改革的要求。在当前教育改革新形势下,对学生综合素质的培养格外关键。另外,机器人工程、人工智能、智能制造工程等新工科专业的建设也对高校学生创新能力的培养提出了更高的要求。

Abstract: Flexible manufacturing system is a typical application of advanced manufacturing technology, which covers a wide range of subject knowledge, high integration of applied manufacturing technology and novel processing technology. Engineering training course is an important course for college students to learn engineering knowledge, feel engineering culture and cultivate practical ability. It can consolidate theoretical knowledge, broaden professional vision and improve labor quality. Under the background of deepening education reform and innovation, flexible manufacturing system is added to engineering training courses, which provides students with richer experience of engineering culture, more advanced training of manufacturing technology and more solid support of subject competition. Innovation is the first driving force of leading development and the requirement of deepening reform. Under the new situation of education reform, the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality is very important. In addition, the construction of robotics engineering, artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing engineering and other new engineering majors also put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of college students' innovation ability.
