摘要: 课堂教学是本科院校人才培养的主要渠道,因而,教师的课堂教学组织能力至关重要。该文基于新时期应用型本科注重学生能力培养的背景,以“线下”为主的教学视角为出发点,从课程定位与学情的明确、导课的设计、授课内容的理论联系实际、课程思政的渗入、课堂节奏的把握、启发式教学的运用、课堂收尾的内化等教学环节,结合《证券投资学》课程,阐述了一些组织课堂教学的心得与体会。

关键词: 课堂教学, 启发式教学, 培养

Abstract: The classroom teaching is the main carrier of personnel training in undergraduate colleges and universities, therefore, the organization ability of teachers' classroom teaching is very important. Based on the new period of teaching background that applied undergraduate focus more on students' ability training, giving the offline teaching perspective as a starting point, from the course orientation and the clear guide of learning situation, as well as the design of the introduction content, combining the theory with practice,with the infiltration of ideological and political education and the control of the rhythm of teaching, together with the use of heuristic teaching, and the Internalization at the end of class, based on the course of securities investment, this paper expounds some views and experiences of organizing classroom teaching.
