摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着粤港澳大湾区发展战略的推进,广州、深圳两地吸引了大量青年人才涌入,在政策配套和市场需求推动下,区位配套便利、价格实惠的青年公寓类型社区得到快速发展。该文结合广州昌岗青年社区项目设计方案,阐述“青年社区共融设计”理念和主要内容,探索和总结青年社区共融设计策略。通过对新旧空间共享共融设计理念和方法的研究,促进存量转型阶段社会融合,具有理论和实践指导价值。

Abstract: With the advancement of the development strategy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Guangzhou and Shenzhen have attracted a large influx of young talents. Driven by policy support and market demand, youth apartment communities with convenient location facilities and affordable prices have developed rapidly. Taking Guangzhou Changgang Youth Community Project as an example, the design strategy of youth community inclusiveness is explored and summarized. Research on the design concepts and methods of sharing and inclusive new and old spaces to promote urban incremental development and social integration during the stock transformation stage has theoretical and practical guiding value.
