摘要: 在护理教学过程中,应当以培养学生综合素质为方向和目标,积极探索更科学有效的护理教学方法,努力在激发学生创新意识方面实现更大突破。但目前,一些教师在教学过程中对培养学生创新意识还存在一定的模糊认识,制约了护理教学质量和水平的提高。该文对此进行了研究和探讨,在简要分析护理教学中激发学生创新意识重要性的基础上,重点分析了护理教学中激发学生创新意识面临的制约因素,最后就如何在护理教学中激发学生创新意识提出有效举措,旨在为促进护理教学取得更大的成效、促进学生综合素质提升提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract: In the process of nursing teaching, should be to foster students' comprehensive quality as the direction and goal, actively explore a more scientific and effective nursing teaching methods, efforts to achieve a greater breakthrough in the field of inspire students' innovative consciousness, but at present, some teachers in the process of teaching to cultivate students' innovative consciousness also has certain fuzzy understanding, restricted the quality and level of nursing teaching. This paper has carried on the research and discussion, inspires students innovation consciousness in the brief analysis of the nursing teaching importance, on the basis of analyzed nursing teaching stimulate students innovation consciousness in the face of constraints, the last on how to inspire students' innovative consciousness in nursing teaching put forward effective measures, to achieve even greater success in order to promote nursing teaching, promote the students' comprehensive quality promotion to provide the reference and reference.
