摘要: 机械工程学科不仅是高校工科专业的重点学科,也是一门综合性较强的学科,与工科其他学科的学习有较大的关系。在知识经济时代,社会对人才提出了更高的要求,且尤为重视人才的创新能力。但是,机械工程学科研究生人才培养过程中存在人才培养定位不准确等问题,影响了创新能力的培养,为此,应该优化人才培养模式、创新课程体系,提高教师的创新能力,从而培养研究生的创新能力。

Abstract: Mechanical engineering is not only a key discipline of engineering specialty in colleges and universities, but also a comprehensive discipline, which has a greater relationship with the study of other engineering disciplines. In the era of knowledge-based economy, the society has put forward higher requirements for talents and attaches great importance to their innovative ability. However, there are some problems in the training process of mechanical engineering graduate students, such as inaccurate orientation of talent training, which affect the training of innovation ability. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the training mode of talent, innovate the curriculum system, and improve the innovative ability of teachers, so as to cultivate the innovative ability of graduate students.
