混合式教学模式下护理专科生网络自主学习能力的实证研究

摘要: 该研究致力梳理护理专业学生网络自主学习现状,分析护理专科生在混合式教学模式下网络自主学习的现状,以上海济光职业技术学院护理专业550名二年级专科生为研究对象,采用问卷调查和访谈法,探索利用网络资源提高学生护理专业课程自主学习能力的有效途径。研究发现,护理大专生在网络学习过程中缺乏有效的学习方法,同时对于网络学习行为和网络学习时间的控制能力较弱。该研究通过“三段式”创新教学法、整合优质网络教学资源、完善过程性评价机制等途径来提高高职护理专科生的网络自主学习能力。

Abstract: This study is devoted to combing out the current status of nursing students' online self-learning, analyzing the present situation of nursing college students' network self-learning in mixed teaching mode. 550 second-year nursing students in Shanghai Jiguang Polytechnic College were selected as the participants, this paper explores the effective methods of how to use network resources to improve students' self-learning ability of nursing courses by using questionnaire survey and interview method. It is found that nursing college students in the process of network learning lack of effective learning methods and ability to control the network learning behavior and network learning time is weak. This study aims to improve the online self-learning ability of nursing college students through “three-stage” innovative teaching method, integrating high-quality network teaching resources and improving the process evaluation mechanism.
