摘要: 职业教育是培养技能型应用人才的重要途径。随着园林绿化的不断发展、传统特色建筑建设需求的日益增加,园林古建专业技能人才一直存在较大的缺口。然而当下职业教育由于学校与企业合作存在多方面局限性,园林古建专业的学生培养很难达到企业要求、满足社会需求。该文以苏州香山工匠学院为例,从与职业需求对接,科学制定培养方案;对应职业能力培养,构建专业师资团队;强化技能人才输出,打造高效实践平台三方面,探索职业导向下高职院校古建专业技能型人才的培养模式。

Abstract: Vocational education is an important way to cultivate skilled applied talents. With the continuous development of landscaping and the increasing demand for the construction of traditional characteristic buildings, there has always been a great gap in the professional talents of ancient landscape architecture. However, due to the limitations of the cooperation between schools and enterprises, it is difficult for the cultivation of students majoring in ancient architecture to meet the requirements of enterprises and social needs. This paper takes Suzhou Xiangshan Artisan Institute as an example to make a scientific training plan from the docking with the occupational demand; Corresponding to the vocational ability training, the construction of professional teachers team; Strengthening the output of skilled talents, the seamless connection between practice and theory in three aspects, exploring the vocational orientation of vocational colleges of ancient architecture specialty skilled talents training mode.
