摘要: 高职扩招对原有的人才培养模式提出了挑战,该文探讨了酒店管理扩招专业人才培养模式。借鉴人力资源发展模式,该文构建了酒店管理扩招专业“进行需求评估、设定培养目标、规划培养方案、执行培养方案、评鉴培养方案”五阶段人才培养模式,通过浙江H高职院校酒店管理扩招专业的具体实施,对该模式进行了具体应用,提升了专业人才培养质量和服务地方的能力。

Abstract: The enrollment expansion of higher vocational education challenges the original talent training mode. This paper discusses the talent training mode of hotel management expansion. Referring to the human resource development mode, this paper constructs a five stage talent training mode of hotel management enrollment expansion major, which includes "demand assessment, setting training objectives, planning training programs, implementing training programs, and evaluating training programs", it improves the quality of professional personnel training and the ability to serve the local.
