Abstract: It is the trend of the times that college students' career planning and employment accomplishment courses are integrated with ideological and political concepts. However, limited by the status and evaluation of the curriculum, the implementation of ideological and political education in the teaching process is not effective, imparting knowledge and leading value is out of balance. We should optimize the top design of the curriculum, build the curriculum system of ideological and political education embedded in career planning education, comb the teaching objectives of the curriculum, and seek the intersection of ideological and political education and career planning education. We should excavate the ideological and political elements of the curriculum, innovate the teaching forms and methods to promote the quality of ideological and political education.
