摘要: 创业教育是高校创新创业人才培养的关键环节,创业教学是实现创业教育的重要途径。因创业教育的通识性特点,高校的创业教学普遍面临着学生多样性的挑战:即当不同年级、不同专业、不同创业基础、不同个性的学生汇聚至同一个创业教学课堂中时,如何充分发挥学生多样性的特点,有效开展教学,并发挥朋辈学习的最大效力。清华大学人工智能创新创业教育平台针对创业教学中学生多样性的特点,在常规性教学中创新建立了创业团队成长主线,有力推动了创业学习的开展,取得了良好的教学效果,其做法对创业教学具有借鉴意义。

Abstract: Entrepreneurship education is a key link in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities, and entrepreneurship teaching is an important way to implement entrepreneurship education. Due to the general characteristics of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship teaching in colleges and universities is generally faced with the challenge of diversity of students: that is, when students who varies from grades, majors, entrepreneurial foundations and personalities gather in the same entrepreneurship teaching classroom, how to give full play to the diversity of students, so as to effectively carry out teaching and give full play to the maximum effectiveness of peer learning. According to the diversity of students in entrepreneurship teaching, the AI innovation and entrepreneurship education platform of Tsinghua University has established the main line of entrepreneurship team growth among routine teaching, which has effectively promoted the development of entrepreneurship learning and achieved positive teaching results. Its practice has reference significance for entrepreneurship teaching.
