Abstract: Since the introduction of enrollment in colleges and universities, college graduates improving year after year. While in the rural revitalization, based on mass entrepreneurship and innovation strategies, current students' entrepreneurship support policy is perfect. This article surveyed entrepreneurs in HuiLai County JieYang City, learn the factors which stop students return to their hometown to start up business, such as limited money, lack of capacity, bad business environment. Meanwhile, we know college students how to affect countryside' economy, culture and social life. Therefore, it is necessary to encourage college students to return to their hometown and start their own businesses from the four dimensions of individual, education, policy and environment.
