“双高计划”背景下高职院校校企协同育人模式探索

摘要: 社会产业结构的调整对高职学生的综合实践能力提出了更高的要求。为应对这种状况,许多高职院校开始综合分析自身的发展现状,并结合学生的未来发展需求,以“双高计划”为指导纲要探索校企协同育人模式,并取得了较好的效果,对于高校、学生、企业的整体发展都有着积极的意义。该文对模式改革的机制与具体构建途径进行了论述与分析。

Abstract: The adjustment of social industrial structure, higher requirements are put forward for higher vocational students. In order to cope with this situation, many higher vocational colleges began to comprehensively analyze the current development situation, and combined with the future development needs of students, began to "double plan" as the guide to explore school - enterprise collaborative education mode, and achieved good results, has the positive significance for the overall development of universities, students and enterprises. The following paper on the model reform mechanism and the specific construction method are discussed and analyzed.
