药学背景功能食品类大学生就业能力提升策略研究——以沈阳药科大学为例

摘要: 在就业形势日益严峻的当下,就业能力成为直接影响大学生就业的重要因素。该文以药学背景下功能食品类本科毕业生实际就业情况为例,通过近四年的就业数据,从专业对口率、有意识再深造趋势及职业选择多样化三方面剖析了功能食品类大学生就业现状,并分析了问题产生的原因,探析了功能食品类大学生就业能力提升路径,以便提高功能食品类大学生就业质量。

Abstract: With the increasingly severe employment situation, employability has become an important factor that directly affects the employment of college students. Taking the actual employment situation of functional food graduates under the background of pharmacy as an example, this paper analyzes the employment situation of functional food graduates from three aspects: professional counterpart rate, conscious re-education trend and career choice diversification through the employment data in recent four years, and analyzed the causes of the problems, analyzed the path to improve the employability of functional food college students, in order to improve the employment quality of functional food college students.
