摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着我国经济的快速发展,职业教育改革虽已得到全社会的重视,但其在发展中依旧面临很多问题。该文通过对现代学徒制教育的研究,利用现代学徒制具有产教融合和校企融合的优势,分析教学“双主体”和学生“双身份”的特点,充分了解企业、学校、学生的需求,调动各方积极性,探索出符合当前社会发展、经济改革的高职院校“双创”人才培养模式,真正实现“人人皆可成才,人人尽展其才”。

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economy, the reform of vocational education has attracted the attention of the whole society. However, in the process of the development of the vocational education, there are still some problems that is bad for its development. This article through to the modern apprentice system research, the use of modern apprentice system with the advantages of the fusion and fusion between production and education, analysis of teaching "double main body" and the characteristics of students "double identities", fully understand the needs of enterprises, schools, students, arouse the enthusiasm of all parties, and explore conforms to the current social development, economic reform "mass innovation and entrepreneurship" personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges, To truly achieve "everyone can become, everyone to the full display of their talents".
