Abstract: At present, the cause of higher education in China has achieved rapid development. In order to better and faster adapt to the new requirements in the process of social development, application-oriented colleges and universities must timely change their teaching ideas and methods, focus on the innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students, and at the same time build a perfect cooperative education mechanism combining the government, colleges and enterprises. This paper first analyzes the status quo of application-oriented undergraduate education from the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship, discusses the significance of the construction of collaborative education mechanism for application-oriented undergraduate universities from the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship, and finally puts forward the path for the construction of collaborative education mechanism for application-oriented undergraduate universities.
