摘要: 基于全球制造业格局发生深刻变革以及《中国制造2025》等战略的制定,该文提出了在非专注于职业教育的本科层次院校培养能将工件模型设计技能与数控加工、数控编程技术融合的复合型人才的教学改革方法与实践。依据教育部《教育信息化“十三五”规划》总体部署,该文旨在探索一套通过虚拟仿真平台能将工业生产中从设计到加工各个环节涵盖在内的教学模式,并探讨虚拟仿真平台发展趋势,为一直存在于理论学习与实践操作之间的鸿沟牵线搭桥。

Abstract: Based on the profound changes of global manufacturing pattern and the formulation of "Made in China 2025" and other strategies, this paper puts forward the teaching method reform and practice of cultivating compound talents who can integrate workpiece model design skills with NC processing and NC programming technology in non-vocational colleges. According to the overall deployment of the “Education informatization 13th Five-Year plan” issued by the Ministry of Education, this paper aims to explore a set of teaching mode that can cover all aspects of industrial production from design to processing through virtual simulation platform, and explore the development trend of virtual simulation platform, so as to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical operation.
