职业院校教师线上线下融合教学素养提升路径研究

摘要: 2020年初,受新冠肺炎疫情影响,教育部发布指导意见,要求各高校充分利用优质在线课程教学资源,积极开展在线教学活动,保证教学质量和教学进度。在网络背景下,线上线下混合式学习模式,打破了学生学习时间和空间的界限,满足了学生学习个性化要求,提高了学生的学习内驱力。但是在实施线上线下教学过程当中,师生对于线上线下教学的满意度有待提升。因此,研究网络环境下职业院校教师线上线下融合教学教师素养提升,既是形势需要,也是进行教学课堂革命的具体抓手。

Abstract: Under the affection of COVID - 19 outbreaks in early 2020, the Ministry of Education issued guidelines that require universities and colleges to make full use of teaching resources of high-quality online courses and carry out online teaching and activities actively to ensure the teaching quality and teaching schedule. Under the network background, the online and offline hybrid learning mode maximizes the individualization of learners' learning and improves students' initiative and creativity. However, during the process of implementing online and offline teaching, teachers and students' satisfaction needs to be improved. Therefore, studying the improvement of vocational college teachers' quality in the online and offline integrated teaching under the network environment is not only the needs of situation, but also the specific starting points.
