摘要/Abstract

摘要： 医学院应用校企合作育人模式,不仅可以强化人才培养的针对性,还能提升创新型人才的培养质量。目前,校企合作育人模式和理念被广泛应用于培养合格应用人才的工作中,加强医学院创新人才培养工作与校企合作模式的有机融合,可以推动医学院创新人才培养工作的开展,更能满足高等医学教育长足发展的需求和要求。该文简单分析了校企合作环境下的医学院创新人才培养意义,结合校企合作环境下的医学院创新人才培养现状,提出关于强化校企合作水平、促进医学院创新人才培养工作全面发展的策略。

Abstract: The application of school-enterprise cooperation in educating people in medical colleges can not only strengthen the pertinence of personnel training, but also improve the training quality of innovative talents. At present, the mode and concept of school-enterprise cooperation in educating people are widely used in training qualified applied talents. Strengthening the organic integration of innovative talents training in medical colleges and school-enterprise cooperation mode can promote the development of innovative talents training in medical colleges and better meet the needs and requirements of the rapid development of higher medical education. This paper briefly analyzes the significance of cultivating innovative talents in medical colleges under the environment of school-enterprise cooperation, and puts forward on strengthening the level of school-enterprise cooperation and promoting the all-round development of innovative talents training in medical colleges.
