采矿工程本科生和研究生的协同育人模式研究与实践

摘要: 为了提升采矿工程专业本科生的科研创新能力和对专业的认同感,增强研究生的领导力、大局观和主观能动性,该文提出采矿工程本科生和研究生的协同育人模式。一方面,可以让本科生接触专业相关的科研工作,不仅可以培养学生的科研创新能力,还可以提升学生对专业的认知;另一方面,可以让研究生指导本科生进行一些科研工作,培养研究生的领导力和主动思考能力。采矿工程本科生和研究生协同育人模式在作者的课题组进行了应用,取得了良好的实践效果。

Abstract: In order to improve the ability of scientific research and innovation of the mining engineering undergraduates and their sense of identity with the specialty, to enhance the leadership of the graduates. In this paper, the cooperative education mode of the undergraduates and the graduates of mining engineering is proposed. On the one hand, it allows undergraduates to participate in scientific research, which can not only cultivate their scientific research and innovation ability, but also enhance their understanding of the subject. On the other hand, graduate students enhance their leadership by guiding undergraduates to do scientific research. The collaborative education model of undergraduate and graduate students in mining engineering has been applied in the author's research group, and the application effects are good.
