职业锚理论在应用型高校财会系大学生职业生涯规划中阶段划分的应用——以广西某应用型高校为例

摘要: 面对复杂多变的社会环境,大学生就业的不确定性问题日益凸显。加强针对性就业指导,提升大学生就业效率,成为今年高校就业工作的一大热门话题。根据课题组的调查,财会系大学生的职业锚类型集中于稳定职业锚与生活型职业锚类型,且无论受到何种影响都不会轻易改变。由此,该文提出在整个大学本科期间,大学生应经历塑型阶段、成长阶段、探索阶段、建立阶段和维持阶段五个阶段,并对五个阶段的主客观影响因素进行了初步分析。

Abstract: Facing the complex and changeable social environment, the uncertainty of college students' employment is becoming increasingly prominent. Providing comprehensive career guidance and promoting the employment rate of graduates is a pressing topic of college career service this year. According to the survey of the research group, the career anchor types of the college students majoring in finance and accounting focus on the stable career anchor and the life-type career anchor, and most of them will not change their career path no matter what the influence is. Therefore, this paper proposes that college students will go through five stages during the undergraduate years, namely, forming stage, growing stage, exploring stage, establishing stage and maintaining stage, then makes a preliminary analysis of the subjective and objective factors of the five stages.
