Abstract: The construction of rural teachers' team has gradually become the focus of attention from all walks of life. This study uses CiteSpace software to analyze the amount of papers published and keywords co-occurrence by drawing knowledge map. It is found that the number of published papers is increasing as a whole. The research focus is mainly divided into three parts: teacher training, education policy and education resources. Finally, based on the map analysis, it is predicted that the research on the construction of rural teachers' team will continue to deepen in three aspects: education informatization, education policy and teacher flow mechanism.
