协同创新视域下理工科应用创新型研究生培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Applied Innovative Postgraduates in Science and Engineering under the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation

摘要: 理工科研究生应用创新能力提升是研究生教育改革的重点。在分析协同培养模式和培养体系构成要素的基础上,构建协同创新视域下理工科应用创新型研究生培养模式指标体系。采用层次分析法对5个一级指标和26个二级指标完成权重分析。研究结果表明,创新思维素养和实践应用素养权重最高,是理工科研究生培养亟须解决的重点。二级指标分析结果显示提升导师组指导质量、科研项目参与度、创新竞赛多样化、校企联合基地教学和各种类型的中短期交流是指标体系中的重要指标,是提升应用创新能力的改革重点。

Abstract: The improvement of application and innovation ability of science and engineering graduate students is the key point of graduate education reform. Based on the analysis of the components of collaborative training mode and training system, the index system of innovative postgraduate training mode for science and engineering applications is constructed from the perspective of collaborative innovation. Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to complete the weight analysis of 5 first-level indexes and 26 second-level indexes. The results show that the quality of innovative thinking and practical application is the most important in the training of science and engineering graduate students. The results of the second-level index analysis show that the improvement of the guidance quality of the tutor group, the degree of participation in scientific research projects, the diversification of innovation competitions, the teaching in the school-enterprise joint base and various types of medium and short-term exchanges are the important indicators in the index system, and the reform focus of the improvement of the application innovation ability.
