“后疫情时代”高校辅导员学生工作的挑战及应对策略

摘要: 在后疫情时代中,虽然情况趋于稳定,但新冠肺炎疫情情况的复杂多变还是给学生的生活学习带来了极大的影响,因此辅导员的工作也在变化中面临着极大的挑战。通过综合讨论辅导员在新冠肺炎疫情期间面临的工作挑战和高校学生出现的主要问题,分析辅导员在“后疫情时代”学生正常返校后的挑战及应对策略,旨在提高辅导员的工作效率,为“后疫情时代”辅导员工作提供新思路。

Abstract: In the post-coronavirus period, despite the tendency of stabilized epidemic situation, there are still being complex and unpredictable, which have brought effects to university students in study and living. In this case, there is a huge challenge for university instructors because of the changing situation. The article tries to clarify the focuses of university instructors in the post-coronavirus period, for which the work efficiency will be raised and new ideas will be given in the student affair of post-coronavirus period, by discussing the challenges and solutions of instructors , and main problems that students have faced by the influence of coronavirus.
