基于赋权理论看待职业教育的发展

摘要: 职业教育是我国国民教育体系中的重要组成部分,国家也越来越重视职业教育人才的培养,并于2019年出台了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》。这为职业教育的发展提供了宏观指导,但面对该领域的实际发展问题,还需要社会各层面达成共识、共同努力。该文从赋权理论视角,结合职业教育中的三大基本要素:学生、教师以及学校,从他们各自接触到、涉及到的不同方面来探讨如何促进职业教育的整体发展。

Abstract: Vocational education is an important part of China's national education system, the country also pays more and more attention to the talent development of vocational education, and issued the "national vocational education reform implementation plan" in 2019. This provides macro guidance for the development of vocational education, but in the face of the actual development problems in this field, we need to reach a consensus and make efforts at all levels of society. From the perspective of empowerment theory, combined with the three basic elements of vocational education, that is, students, teachers and schools, the author discusses how to promote the overall development of vocational education from their different aspects.
