情景模拟教学在高职助产专业外科手消毒实训课中的应用

The Application of Scene Simulation Teaching in the Practical Training Course of Surgical Hand Disinfection for Midwifery Specialty in Higher Vocational Schools

摘要: 目的探讨情景模拟教学在高职助产专业外科手消毒实训课中的应用效果。方法选取本校2019级高职助产专业(1)班学生42人作为试验组,2019级高职助产专业(2)班学生39人作为对照组,对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用情景模拟教学方法。通过理论知识与实践操作考核对两种教学方法的效果进行评价。结果理论考试试验组(91.67±2.80)分高于对照组(83.13±4.55)分,实践技能考试试验组(88.95±2.94)分高于对照组(76.44±4.53)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),外科手消毒实训课中试验组在提升分析解决问题能力、提升实践能力、提升团队协作能力、提升沟通能力、提升应对突发事件能力、提升理论理解能力方面均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学方法在高职助产专业外科手消毒实训课中不仅提升了学生的综合能力和素质,更普遍易被学生接受。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of scenario simulation teaching in surgical hand disinfection training course of midwifery specialty in higher vocational schools. Methods42 students from class (1) of the 2019 higher vocational midwifery major of our school were selected as the experimental group, and 39 students from the class of 2019 higher vocational midwifery major (2) were selected as the control group. The control group adopted traditional teaching methods, and the experimental group adopted scenarios simulation teaching method. The effect of the two teaching methods is evaluated through the assessment of theoretical knowledge and practical operation. ResultsThe score of the theoretical test test group (91.67±2.80) was higher than the control group (83.13±4.55), and the practical skill test test group (88.95±2.94) score was higher than the control group (76.44±4.53). The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In the surgical hand disinfection training course, the experimental group improved the ability to analyze and solve problems, improve practical ability, improve teamwork ability, improve communication ability, improve emergency response ability, and improve theoretical understanding ability. In the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionThe situational simulation teaching method not only improves the comprehensive ability and quality of students in the surgical hand disinfection training course of midwifery specialty in higher vocational midwifery, but also is generally accepted by students.
