高校教学秘书队伍建设的创新策略

摘要: 从当前各高校教学秘书的工作职责来看,教学秘书是高校教学管理中最基层的管理者,其重要作用不言而喻。教学秘书是人才培养的重要力量,是学院与系部、教师与教师、教师与学生之间连接的重要桥梁和关键纽带。高校的教育管理工作需要教学秘书负责传达与落实,以此来保证教学管理工作正常运行。笔者从自身的实践经验出发,以高校教学秘书的具体工作职责、工作特点为切入点,提出一些提高和改进高校教学秘书队伍建设的创新策略。

Abstract: According to the current responsibilities of teaching secretaries in colleges and universities, teaching secretaries are the lowest level managers in the teaching management of colleges and universities, and their important role is self-evident. Teaching secretary is an important force in talent cultivation, and an important bridge and key link between colleges and departments, teachers and teachers, and students. In order to ensure the normal operation of teaching management, teaching secretaries are required to convey and implement the education management in colleges and universities. Based on the author's own practical experience, this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the teaching secretary team construction in colleges and universities.
