Abstract: The exploration of the innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system for the applied local undergraduate colleges is the key to comprehensively enhancing the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and ability of teachers and students. This paper explores the multi-level and interactive innovation and entrepreneurship talent training model, realizes the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education, and forms a new engineering talent training system that integrates innovation and entrepreneurship education. This talent training model can realize the wide applicability of the cultivation of innovative and practical talents, and has been practiced in our school and has achieved good results.
