摘要/Abstract

摘要： 实验技术人员作为负责实验教学辅助工作和实验室管理工作的人员,是高校师资队伍的重要组成部分。实验技术队伍的建设质量直接关系到学生实践能力的培养、实验室发展水平及高校一流学科专业建设的质量。该文以某高校实验技术人员为例,分析了目前高校实验技术人员的建设现状,为促进高校实验技术人员队伍整体质量的提升提供方向和参考。

Abstract: As the assistant of experimental teaching and the staff of laboratory management, laboratory technicians are an important part of the teaching staff in colleges and universities. The quality of the construction of the experimental technical team is directly related to the cultivation of students' practical ability, the development of the laboratory and the quality of the construction of first-class disciplines in colleges and universities. Taking experimental technicians in a university as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of experimental technicians in colleges and universities, so as to provide direction and reference for promoting the overall quality of experimental technicians in colleges and universities.
