摘要: 目前,高职学生干部的培养存在轻实践、重理论的现象,具体表现为实践活动缺乏多样性、系统性和群体差异性等问题。基于以上问题,学生干部的培养,要以能力为本,以养成教育为手段,调动全员、全过程、全方位的育人资源,形成对象、活动、能力——“三位一体”的高职学生干部能力养成模型,并夯实思想建设,丰富实践活动,设计资源,移植课程开发经验,重视反馈等,以实现学生干部能力养成。

Abstract: At present, the cultivation of student cadres in higher vocational colleges has the phenomenon of neglecting practice and emphasizing theory, which is manifested in the lack of diversity, systematicness and group differences in practical activities. Based on the above problems, the cultivation of student cadres should take ability as the foundation, take cultivation education as the means, mobilize the whole staff, the whole process and all-round educational resources, form the "Trinity" model of object, activity and ability, consolidate ideological construction, enrich practical activities, design resources, transplant Curriculum development experience, and pay attention to feedback, in order to develop the ability of student cadres.
