“教赛合一”:面向新工科的机器人工程专业建设研究

摘要: 在《中国制造2025》中,机器人技术发展受到广泛关注。机器人工程专业作为一个新兴专业,为国家和社会培养高质量的机器人研究与制造方向的专业人才。但现有的教育模式不能够满足机器人专业建设的发展需求。故需在传统教育的组织模式、教学理念和方法上进行改革,来适应专业建设与发展的要求。该文提出一种“教赛合一”的专业培养新模式,从专业理论和实践教学改革的角度进行分析,并提出具体的改革思路。

Abstract: In “Made in China 2025”, the development of robotics technology has received extensive attention. As a new major, the major of robot engineering cultivates high-quality professionals in the direction of robot research and manufacturing for the state and the society. However, the existing education model can not meet the development demands of robotics construction. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the organization mode, teaching philosophy and methods of traditional education.It can adapt the requirements of robotics construction and development. This paper puts forward a new mode of professional training—“integration of teaching and competition”. It is analyzed from the professional theory and practical teaching reform to put forward some concrete reform ideas.
